At Unity Residential Care, our name is synonymous with high quality care. We guarantee to provide children with a high level of care that is geared around their needs and preferences. We adopt a person-centred approach where the comfort and welfare of children is our main priority. Here, our children will enjoy a childhood filled with the love, security, mishaps and memories that occur naturally in a home environment. Our aim is to provide a caring, child focused environment where each child’s independent living skills can be nurtured. We place a strong emphasis on developing relationships with all of those involved in the children’s lives and encourage the participation of family members in our care plans so we ensure their best interests are paramount.

We aim to strike a balance between good mental health and emotional well-being. Physical health and healthy living, as well as education and achievement. Our homes offer children a sense of stability and security, filling them with warmth and love.
We provide a range of care packages to support everyone who is welcomed into our home. Our aim is to support and assist every child or yound person to develop life skills, build self-estee, and develop positive relationships and support networks.
Our children's homes are safe, welcoming and supportive environments. Our inclusive model aims to involve children and young people as much as possible un activities, so they build great relationships with their peers and staff
We understand that when children and young people are experiencing difficulties, are in a very vulnerable situation. We will work in partnership with children, young people, their parents/carers, local authorities and other services to provide support and ensure that their voices are heard to bring lasting improvements to their lives.
