What We Do
Our company’s vision was to provide care and support for young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. To that end, we have built a reputation for providing a highly trained DBS check care service team. Who are highly professional, caring, honest, hardworking, compassionate and dedicated to providing outstanding service to meet our company goals and improve our children’s quality of life.
It is our goal for the young people in our care homes to receive a quality of care that adheres to the children’s act (1989 and 2004), the children’s home regulations, the quality standard care act 2014, quality act 2010, data protection act 1998, safeguarding policies, inclusion and diversity to provide high standard service in compliance to the Ofsted regulations.
Who We Can Support
Our objective is to provide high quality residential care for young people aged 11 to 17 who are experiencing challenging life-events. We help them make positive choices and move towards independent living, by nurturing the unique talents and skills of each individual. Our approach includes compassion, humour and a truly inclusive environment.
We help young people to build their confidence, understand their identity and see how the challenges they’ve faced can be turned into strengths. We provide one-to-one mentoring, support and development. We can also provide workshops, training courses and bespoke events to meet your needs as we know everyone is different.
